You have two things that you can edit here. The triangle and the background. You only want to edit the triangle.
You need to be a bit of a graphic artist if you want nice custom controls see some of mine.
These are for a new controler that I am making. I made every part of it and I still program. I like both the challenge of working out the problem and making it pretty.

Here is the whole panel layout. It is all touch screen. What do you think?

Found a solution.
Downloaded an Icon from Icon Finder that lools similar

Modified it in Paint, then imported as decal.
Thanks for all your help!

Hello Tim,
The amount of work that I am assuming you put in to make all those icons makes me tired...
Looks great! I don't have the talent, patience, or time to even attempt that.
I just try to use what is out in the community and modify it slightly.

Thank you,
I never thought about doing a nugget. I will see if I can put something together. What would you like the nugget to include?
Dan-
Appologies for going off your topic! I won't hijack your thread for more than 1 post.
Tim-
I encourage you to visit the hearding cats thread
IMHO the help for customizing controls is vague on how to select and edit the various control elements- very little is discussed on the diferences between picture elements (or even that for a boolean the 6 elements are Inactive, Active T, F T-F and F-T I guess from your solution) Text, Glyphs, etc or how to add new elements to a control. You seem to have found out from experience some of the less robustly documented concepts of customizing controls.
So, a nugget on what to edit, why that element, with what tools? Add key GA concepts that guide your development process. and you'll have a dummy's guide to great controls that would benefit us poor slobs just "slugging through it as we go."
