Yes i tried but the error still occurs. Error starts in initializer block.

Ok, so did you change your VISA resource since the time when you tried the first VI? The error occur at the Agilent or Rigol initializing block?

I delete that initialiye block and put new one and there is no more error. The puls from agilent digital output is atach below. Still does not trigger the rigol.
Maybe we have to generate longer pulse? Can you give me some tips how to generate longer peak?

But as it appears on the front panel of the VI you deleted also the control of the trigger input in the RIGOL device which is necessary for the RIGOL device to detect the trigger signal. So I need more precision about the modifications you did in the VI.
Concerning the pulse duration, it should be impleted with the while loop, where you have to set the "high state time". If you kept the while loop and did not remove it, I cannot figure out why it didnt last longer than before.
If eventually this does not work I will try another method then with an analog trigger signal instead.

I deleted that controllers because i put my rigol control VI that i attach in post earlier.

OK, let's try this Agilent part vi. I suggest you to change the Maximum Time (10000 ms) value to see if this is a better way to control the duration.
If this does not help, I would suggest you to ask for support in your country by email or phone which will be easier than on this forum.

Unfortunately, still nothing. Attach a view of digital output which get from oscilloscope.

Ok. So what I suggest is that we transfer your request to NI in your country, so could you tell me your location please? I will then give you the phone number so that you can contact them directly and solve your problem.
