Do FFT of a signal from time measurements

Hi,

I am trying to do FFT measurement of a signal but am not sure how to progress. I have measurements of the signal in time domain and would like to use it to find the measurements in frequency domain. Using NI-DAQ is not possible as well. Any suggestions on how can I do it?
