Does the DAQpad (MIO-16XE-50) support analog triggering?

I need to use an analogue trigger with my DAQpad but when I start experimenting with the "Acquire N Scans Analog Hardware" vi, and select any channel (ACH0, PFI0, PFI1) as the analog input, AI Trigger Config complains -10403 - device doesn't support this mode.

The board only supports digital triggering. In case you lost the user manual, you can get a copy here.

Thanks - I did RTFM, but didn't interpret "configured as edge detecting" to mean "strictly limited to digital triggering". Dang - could have saved a weekend with a more careful reading! Thanks,

If all you need is a single analog trigger point, then an external comparator would work. If you need a variable trigger and if you have spare analog output, you could wire that to be the comparator's reference.

That board doesn't support Analog Triggering.
That information can be found on the Users Manual of that board.
