This turned out to be a very tedious operation since LabVIEW 7.1 has no projects or lvlibs. Not sure if it all worked.

Try the attached.

WARNING: The code has some stupid stuff in there, such as writing to an indicator and a local variable at the same time (a redundant operation). There are also way too many local variables, and I can see at least one race condition. Clearly written by a text programmer. Use at your own risk.
