you're one of those NI guys, that have to ask the community to provide help for NI software.

Doesn't has NI capabilities on its own to downconvert VIs?

I managed to convert it. I needed the LabVIEW 8.0 to be installed.

To what? You have not indicated the source LabVIEW version or the target LabVIEW version.

I posted a downconvert request on Oct. 6 for a group of files (Counter Scan.zip) with one in Ver 9.0 and others in Ver 8.5.  I would appreciate if someone could look at these and convert them to LabView 7.1 if possible.  Thank you for any help.   Nelson (Tamarac).

That didn't work. When I try to load it from Labview 8.5 a prompt says: File version is later than current Labview version.
