Downconvert VI Requests

I do not understand what you are saying or asking. I am able to open the library I attached with LabVIEW 6.1 without any issues, and I can see the block diagrams of each VI. I do not understand what you mean by "not able to delete a function".

I am able to open and add blocks, but I can not delete them. I can not add connections to other blocks or delete them. The mouse changes to a hand, as if I'm moving a diagram and never changes back. Am I clear?

One of the following is likely to be true:

  • In the LabVIEW Options, "Miscellaneous" section you have the "Treat read-only VIs as locked" option checked, and the VIs on disk are read-only.
  • You are in Run Mode. Pull down the "Operate" menu in LabVIEW's menubar. If you see "Change to Edit Mode" that means you are in Run Mode. Select that menu item to change to Edit Mode.

Could you please convert the attached vi to Labview2009 version. Thanks.

Attached is in 2009. A subVI, "CalculateFPS" was not included. I'm assuming you have it or can recreate it.

Well, None was true, but I reinstalled the Labview and now it works fine. Thanks! I'll probabilly need your help for the 34401A multimeter. Do you have the drivers for the same Labview version (6.1)?

Best regards.

This happens sometimes when downconverting VIs that use IMAQ and you don't have IMAQ or NI-Vision installed (I do not). You will need to wait to see if someone who has LV 2010 and those toolkits to downconvert your VI.

Those drivers are already distributed with LabVIEW, and should already appear in the Instrument palette.
