Elements have moved when opening vi with f3 patch

Solved!

Many of the elements on the front panel when I open the vi with the LabVIEW 2009 f3 patch installed.  Is there any way to prevent this?  If not there's a lot of rework that will be required so things line up again...

Can you describe in a bit more details what kind of changes you see? (e.g. a before/after picture).

Could it be you also changed the font setting of the OS, for example?

Oh, I also did change computers, operating systems (XP to 7), and LabVIEW 2009f2 to f3...  Good call. I guess my question now is how do I get back to using the fonts I was on the previous system?  I tried copying the old INI file w/ no luck.  Checked the other computer (where it works) and it just says "application font" under Tools/Options/Environment/Fonts, same as the new install.

I have bigger pictures, if needed.  Attached a before and after below.  Notice how the array's seem shifted, along with all kinds of other elements.

Here is the before picture

Here is the after picture:

You can set the font used by way of the Tools, Options, Environment menu.  It will allow you to change the font and it will write the setting into the LabVIEW.ini file.  Set the font to be Tahoma like it was in XP instead of Segoe like it is in Vista.  Search the forums for application font, system font, .ini, XP, Vista, as keywords and you should find more threads mentioning these issues.
