Could you be more specific? Do you want a hardware trigger, as described above, or a button on your front panel, to initiate output?

If you want a hardware trigger, see the example mentioned above in Milan's post. If you want to use a button on the front panel to start the output, please start with the online tutorials. Search "LabVIEW Introduction Course" on this forum. Go through the courses and learn a bit more of the basics.

I changed my code like this and i am using trigger source as /dev/PFI10, so now till I give a external trigger on PFI10 it wont start generating waveforms right??

Well, did you try it and see? 

 

Run your code.  See if it works the way you expect it to.

 

If it does, great!

 

If it doesn't, post back and tell us what you expected to see and what you actually saw, and we'll go from there.

Can you help me on this , I have three voltages two output voltages say Vx, Vy and one input voltages Vi and now i need to draw a 3d graph using all these 3 values. Can any one suggest me a method to do this in labview.

First off, you should search the forum.  When I searched "3D graph", I got about 400 hits, so there is certainly information out there already. 

 

Second, go to the Example Finder in LabVIEW, and under "Fundamentals", "Graphs and Charts", look at the examples that they have there.

 

Third, since this is unrelated to your original question in this thread, you should start another thread if you can't find what you are looking for after searching the forum and looking at the examples that ship with LabVIEW.
