Error 1003 .... Append Numeric Table to Report.vi VI is not executable

My application is fully functional in the developement mode. When trying to build Application I get the above error message! I have used this vi in previous versions of my application and the build was functional.

Try reinstalling the LabVIEW runtime engine. You can donwload your version of the runtime engine here:

I have tried reinstalling the runtime engine, however this error occurs when I am trying to build my application.

When you go into that VI, what is broken? Probably nothing. Try mass compiling the VI and see if that helps.
We have seen this problem before when one has installed an older version of NI Reports over a newer version. To fix this, run regedit from Start»Run and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\National Instruments\NI-Reports and delete it. Next, delete \shared\NI-Reports folder. Then re-install the Run-time Engine.
