When you go into that VI, what is broken? Probably nothing. Try mass compiling the VI and see if that helps.
We have seen this problem before when one has installed an older version of NI Reports over a newer version. To fix this, run regedit from Start»Run and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\National Instruments\NI-Reports and delete it. Next, delete \shared\NI-Reports folder. Then re-install the Run-time Engine.
