Error 10401 occurred at CTR Group Config when trying to control Agilent 4278A using Agilent GPIB bus in Labview

Hi,

I am currently using an Agilent 4278A Capacitance Meter interfaced via an Agilent PCI GPIB. I have sucessfully connected the hardware and it is recognized in MAX(see MAX fig). I have a previously developed VI that should read capacitance and conductance from the sensors of the meter (see Program below). However, when I run the application and error pops up (see Error 10401). I am not sure how to go about solving the error since I am inexperienced using Labview.

I tried reading posts related to Error 10401 in the discussion forum but most of the seem to be dealing with NI systems.

The error has absolutely nothing to do with the 4278A. It's coming from the traditional DAQ function you have in there for a counter on an NI DAQ card. Your image does not show that traditional DAQ is even installed.
