Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but I haven't checked hard enough.
When transferring a VI to another PC (running LV 2009 Runtime), I get an error for missing VI library (as per title).
Works fine on my development PC.
I am running LV 2009 Base.
This had worked previously under LV 8.6. After upgrading to LV 2009 and making some minor changes, it no longer works on the deployment PC.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for that link. However it hasn't seemed to solve my problem. The LV 2009 RT box was already ticked. The correct dll is in the data folder and I have installed it using an installer.
I will contact local support and when I get a solution, I will post back here.

Does the error message also mention error code 3 like this?
If so, I would look through "LabVIEW Load Error Code 3: Could Not Load Front Panel" When Running a LabVIEW Executable

Thanks for that link.
Does it relate to LabView 2009? I can't follow the instructions as Application Builder doesn't appear as a stand alone app (App Builder accessed through menu). Also there are no "tabs" so I cannot find the "VI Settings".
So close but no cigar.
Would there be an updated set of instructions?

Do you get teh Mean.VI with the base version?
For some reason I thought we had to pay extra for that (maybe an old situation) and would do the average myself to avoid having to upgrade the license to do an average.
Like I said, may be an obsolete memory.

Math, Analysis and Signal Processing VI's come with LabVIEW Full and higher. You can see the comparison page here:

But Mean.vi comes with the base package and that is clearly stated in the help. I know I've used it in the past for base users and the op obviously has it in his base development environment otherwise his exe would not be looking for it.
Bryan,
Make absolutely sure that there is a data folder where you installed the exe and that the lvanlys.dll is the same that comes with your base version of 2009.
