I have now fixed the issue. I installed LabVIEW 2025 Q1 64-bit (I was previously using LabVIEW 2024 Q3 32-bit). I deleted the project and started again with a new one.
Compiled and ran fine first time 🙂

The post immediately before yours, #11, has the solution. It was deleting the project and remaking it. I was not able to mark my own post as the solution though!

Hello,
The post marked as the Solution is not working for me. Following your advice I installed LabVIEW 2025 Q1 (32 bits) and still I have the same problem.
Updating to 64 bits is not an option for me because I used several packed libraries and rebuild them to 64 bits is too risky for the complexity of the project.
I replaced all the time delay vi, and another missing vi in the executable appeared related to open files or something, it looks like the express VIs are not found.
Could it be a bug to be address by the NI developers?
Thanks
