Hi,
It looks like the steps for the fm_modulation.vi are found on our Developer Zone. There is no manual associated with either of these VIs. They are examples of how to accomplish these specific tasks. The oqpsk_transceiver.vi has a connector pane associated with it so you can use it as a subVI and provide inputs to it and receive the outputs, but there are no official manuals.
