Faro Gage

Has anyone had any success using a Faro Gage with LabVIEW? My guys are complaining their software is really archane and hard to work with. I'd like to write a simpler program if there's a device driver or something similar.

May I ask what software they are using?  Which model of Faro gage?

I don't have the answer for you, but I am curious because there are at least three of those in use where I work.  I could ask around.
