Get error 24 with MAC but not PC for player routines

I have successfully generated many Player routines from a PC,stored them on a unix box for web access and many people have successfully accessed them with either explorer or netscape. When a Mac user tries to access them, he gets LabVIEW load error code 24 even though he can access player routines from the NI site.

I am not sure what you mean by Player routines. It sounds like you are embedding LabVIEW VIs in a webpage through the LabVIEW remote panels. Is this correct? A little more information would be useful. What is the location of the routines they can access? What web browser is being used on the Mac?

LabVIEW Player is a free, downloadable, NI executable that allows others to run your vis without owning LabVIEW itself. The Player version is created via the NI Player Creation Toolkit.
Several users have unsuccessfully attempted Mac access so they likely used different browsers but all got the same error message. Two of the Mac users switched to a PC and successfully opened the routines with either IE or netscape.
