How do I make the NI Activation Wizard window not popup during install?

Hi,

During my install, I don't want the NI Activation Wizard window to appear. I would like the install process to run silent.

The activation process shall occur when the user goes to the license manager only, not during install. How do I do so?

I tried to play with the setup.ini file sitting next to the setup.exe but only the Eula and license agreement windows disappear.

Please let me know.

I am not referring to a LabVIEW  install from the LabVIEW CDs but for an install of the application I create from the LabVIEW project installer tool.

I would like the install of my application to be silent and the install folder doesn't contain the template_spec.txt file.

Any other suggestion?

This KB might help out. It outlines the method for setting up a custom installer that will also install the run-time engine silently. This should be applicable to other included packages as well.
