You must use LabVIEW Application Builder, which is needed for this fact, if you already own it (think it's included in Full Development System), you must save your vi with options, "application distribution" and then use project "build application". If you don't own an application builder for your LabVIEW version, you should buy it.
Hope this helps

It is not included in the Full Development System, only in the Professional. Or it can be purchased apart.
Since 5.1 version of LV there's no need to save with option and so on...

You can load your vi and select the Tools>>build application or shared
labrary(dll),and do as it said,you can build a exe file or setup file.(You
must have a Professional LabVIEW or a Application Builder)

A little more detail than previous answers...

In Labview Pro:
-select -> Tools
-select -> Build Application or Shared Library (DLL)...
-select -> Target tab
-Name your executable (Target file name) and choose a destination directory
-select -> Source Files tab
-select -> Add Top-Level VI...
-Choose the VI you want to make an .exe
-Hit Build

For machine to run executable, you will need to put runtime engine on it, and MAX utiltiy if you are communicating with instruments or the like.

Get runtime from...
ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/runtime/windows/

Get MAX utility (similar version to what you use on development system) from...
ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/daq/pc/ni-daq/

If you use virtual channels, you will then need to save your development systems MAX Configuration
(-> tools -> NI-DAQ Configuration) and load it onto runtime computer.
