What ever we do from here you should start with the VI that I gave you today and add or subtract from it.
I am not sure what you mean by reseting the clock after 12. Do you just not want to do anything with the slop after that?
What else is missing here on the one that I posted that is not on your latest version?

Agai im sorry, I added back in a prompt in take reading for the user to have a value for furnace temperature as it is vital to formula calculations.
What i mean with the slope is that the block has a calculate t/f switch more or less and previously i had it set so that it calculated if iterations were less than twelve, but now as i understand it the iterations will just keep going up and not reset as they did before with the start and stop button. Like i said before the slope for the iterations 13 - 25 is not only not necessary but can skew the data if it is included. I need the slope calculation to restart with the new points 1-12 and not include previous data for each new cycle.
There is also a slightly different format for save data that involves elapsed time but that is very minor and is no problem to change.
Also the top graph was back to only graphing one point and not graphing all points.

Looking at what I did it should automatically reset the iterations back to 0 every time it starts over. So if I am understand what you are talking about everything should already be set to only calculate slop when the count is greater than 12.

Sorry its the other way around only want to record slope less than 13 so 1 -12, that should resolve the other problem as well correct?

OK I think this should get you what you want.

Sorry I always forget.

Now the keithley 1 and 3 are working but keithley 3 is displaying in the voltage 2 spot and nothing is happening with keithley 2 or voltage 3 display. As I had in my previous version I initialized the keithleys outside of the loop and that seemed to work fine I ma not sure what exactly is causing this problem

Not sure why but now it seems to work.

Try this. Make sure that you change all of the channels when you start it.
