How do i install Labview7 to run with win7(64bit)?

Try installing to the Program Files (x86) directory.
But there are no guarantees it will work because LV7 does not officially support Win7.

Did you try a search? The question of installing prior versions of LabVIEW on Windows 7 has been asked many times. Bottom line: it's not supported, so if it doesn't work, oh well. Trying to run the installer from the autorun will almost certainly not work. Some have had success running the setup executable directly. Some have had success using Windows XP compatibility mode. Others have used a virtual machine. And the rest just gave up. Or they upgraded.
