I use the Digital Classical Filter Design VI to design a bandpass filter (try to follow this example http://www.ni.com/white-paper/4460/en/) but then I cannot locate
Filter Express VI in order to use the filter

Well, I have the trial version. For filter and control, I normally use Matlab but then I figure LabVIEW has some of the advantage - especially GUI. I am still making decision whether I should make purchase on LabVIEW toolkit.

Sorry for my English/ I meant I just have LabVIEW, the toolkit is the trial version from NI download. At my company (non-engineering firm), all are trial and going to expire soon. I studied engineering but after graduated I joint to work as none-technocical work. I am afaird that one day I will not be able to remember anything about engineering, thus I do something to retain some knowledge. I saw LabVIEW so I order LabVIEW RIO Evaluation Kit to learn something but then I am of lacking a lot of LabVIEW skill.

The filter express VI comes with LabVIEW base development system. It can be found in the functions palette under Express>>Signal Analysis>>Filter. Did you check here?
