How to built up a icon for my instrument driver

Hi, I built up an instrument driver for HP4275A. Now I want to use an Icon to represent it. The icon has input and output, so that users can set the parameters and view the output. Anyone knows how to do it?? Thanks

I know that material. Now I want to add terminals to the icon, like other instrument drivers. But I don't know how to define the panes in the icons. Thanks

If your on the front window pane (GUI side) right clicking on the icon upper right corner will give you some options.

First right click for menu and choose "Show Connector".
Right click again for menu and go do "Patterns" and pick the one with the right amount of inputs/outputs for your sub VI.

After the correct pattern is available hovering over the pane terminals will change the mouse to the wire tool. Click on an input and click on a control to tie it to that input. Repeat for each input wanted. Last click wire tool on panes output terminal and click on the correct indicator for it and your done...
