How to record the time history and the data?

I have a dynamic data, how can i recorde both the data and the related time history? attached is a model, the waveform chat only show some number,  how can i get a output file like this:

Y(i)-random number

X(i)-real time.

Hi,

you have random data - dynamic data(type) is something different...

Some options:

- Use a waveform datatype

- switch on time formatting on x scale

- use a time function to get the "real" time
