How to use the file-path browse control to select a folder instead of a file

How do I create a folder-path control instead of a file-path control? I want to be able to click the 'browse' button, just like the file-path control, but I want to be able to select an output folder, not an output file.

Right click on the control and select Browse Options. Change the Selection Mode.
