Sorry but I am not familar with a digicode module and could not find a specific example. I assume you will be making some kind of digital interface to this module. The examples to use will depend on the type of interface you need.
If it is a dynamic (handshaking, burst, pattern I/O, change detection) then you should use a PXI-653x and will look for examples and shipping examples for this device to do this.
If you only need a static interface then you can use a variety of boards depending on the channel count and any other functionality you might need.
