Hi Jeff

The attached vi might help you. It's very simple and there are better solutions (producer-consumer pattern). But as you say you just had to learn the basics, I assume this would be a little bit to much.

Hi

I assume that you guys are students, because once "Nico" answered and "Jeff" asked the question.

According to this, it firstly does not make sense, to give you a complete solution, as you should learn somehting. Secondly, if the answer is not what you expected, you should maybe be a bit more precise in asking your question.

So if you say that there is no display - this could mean almost everything. A numeric or a text indicator, a graph and so on.

Ok - but you still should be more precise. As I said - we will help, as long as we do not have code the whole project. But to help in a good way, we really should know what your goal is. Also referring to my previous post, "display" is a very general word.

Hi Nico,

I agree with Thomas on his note about the clarity of queriees, if you put a question clearly, you will get a good answer.

all the best learning for LabVIEW.

Dev
