Thanks all.

I put the button in the VI.
Then I opened the properties of the button in the Security and the group "Operators" set "Disable & Grayed Out".
I Added to the group "Operators" client "AA".
Then I run the program.
Entered under the name of AA.
Button is in the "Disable & Grayed".
But the  "Properties" show "Enabled".

Why the "Properties" is "Enabled" if I set its "Disable & Grayed Out"?

I created the Domain.
Passwords for Domain - 2013.
Then Created Username "AA".
Passwords for Username 11.
For Knopka I created  in "Properties/Security" users "AA" with ACL "Disable & Grayed Out".

When I run this VI I  see  "Properties  of Knopka" - Enable

Why ?
