Did you mean:

Icon bounds are no longer honored! (2015 bug?)

I think the only thing that's different is that I have "exclude dependent shared libraries" checked (under "additional exclusions").

Try the attached project instead

I'll have to try that tomorrow. I'll also make sure to try it on a VM with LabVIEW that has closer to default settings.

(Forgot to say: Your unmodified project seems to work fine here when building a source distribution)

I was able to reproduce what you have shown with the project attached.  When I unchecked "exclude dependent shared libraries" there was still white space which I did not expect.

Not sure exactly what the trigger is but almost certainly a bug and not a feature.

Yes, I noticed that too but it was late and I did not investigate further. 'Thought maybe I am seeing things. 😉

Could be a caching issues. Maybe a "right-click...clean" on the build specification would restore things.

In any case, please let us know if there is a CAR. Thanks!

It seems like CAR #515054 was already closed as fixed for this issue (found in LabVIEW 2014 and fixed for 2015).  I reopened the CAR and added the above .zip becuase it does not seem that the behavior was fully fixed.
