In Project Explorer, when right-click on 'My Computer''-> New -> cannot find Targets and Devices

I doubt that this will do it. I have the same Device Drivers on my PC, and there is no problem of viewing Targets and Devices. The deployable machine on which I can't see is a Laptop.
