That's about where I am too. I tried all the way from 0-10 ms delay with 2 ms being the sweet spot for 38400. I'll think more too, but I do think yours is way better the LV one. Something about yours with timing does way better.

The fact that my VI's looks better doesn't mean that it is better. 

Could be that it only looks better in combination with whatever is wrong.

Up to now it is all guessing. Like I said I will think it over.

I have seen a lot of strange things and this is one of them.
