I´m looking for an integration function that can integrate partially out of an DAQ assistant. Does anyone know which function I can use for it?

Well, if I understood correctly I'd say you can use an "Add array elements"

You can find it at numeric palette!

The functions palette has a search capability. Have you tried it?

Integration function is added to a express VI with a lot other functions, please have a llok at the time domain express VI, this can be found under express => arithmetic & comparison. Instead of express VI's you can also find DAQmx examples with the example finder and add the conventional function to the example. Please open the example finder and find tha analog input examples under browse => hardware in and output => DAQmx analog input.
