Is it possible,from file values ,to set the position of cursors In a graph

I got this Testfile,

you can see attached file.

and I wondered if I can set  cursors in a graph, for each testname from the file, after the time stamp? 

more explained, I need to plot the data on a graph with the timestamps (no problem ) and I also need to plot cursors (in the right x-time position) for every testname in the file.

I must make it work, so I just need to know if it is possible.

If I do not overlook something I'd say it is possibel.
I know that you can add as many cursors to any graph as you want. AND you can position these to whereever you want.
I'd suggest binding the cursors to a plot and than position it to the apropriate point.
