Is it possible to reduce the number of steps between right-click "Insert" and a user library?

Currently, if I want to insert the VI "Append a line feed.vi":


right-click on the wire (Xcontrol)>>Insert>>All Palettes>>User libraries>>My Library>>"Append a line feed.vi"


I would do the following:


right-click on the wire (Xcontrol)>>Insert>>My Library>>"Append a line feed.vi"


There is a way to do it?
