Is there any Model for Mosfet in Labview

Iam Interested and curious to know if there is any
Mosfet model in Labview .Also I would like to know
is there any means of creating a model for new devices
or existing devices in Labview.

I believe LabVIEW is not developed as an electronics modelling tool. It's just an alternative to text-based programming. Once you know how, you can build your vi's, and most importantly a running solution, at an amazing speed. You could however use the powerfull calculation options LabVIEW offers together with the graphical presentation features to develop your own electronics model. Tip: do a web-search on the subject.

As a matter of fact, I did almost just that. I developed a modeling tool for FET devices in LabVIEW. It is based on my pure-G all-purpose small-signal and noise circuit simulator. I can say that LabVIEW works just fine for this purpose. The task is rather complex but not too complex for LabVIEW. What is too complex for LabVIEW anyway? 😉 The key here is to master the theory behind all computations. /Mikael
