Keithley 2604b I-V reference

Hey guys, i am using a labview programm to take I-V measurements with keithley 2604b and when i take the reference (terminals not connected to any device ) i take a linear plot like in the picture. Does that make any sense or the labview Vi that i am using is not so good?

Thanks a lot !!!!

How can we judge on your LabVIEW VI when you forget to attach that VI?

On that image:

You measure ~9e-11A at 10V: that is ~90pA and related to a resistance of ~110GOhm.

What do you expect? And what does Keithley mention in the datasheets and manuals?

Best regards,
GerdW
