LABVIEW 2013 POP Email

Hi All

I am looking for the example to retrieve an email from gmail (pop.gmail.com or Outlook). i have already downloaded the example https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-26470 i got an Error -2147024156 occurred at The requested operation requires elevation.

I am using labview 2013 and outlook 2007.

Please give me some advise !

I could not find this error code in LabVIEW.

I think this error is not caused by it.

You should look for Microsoft thread for more information.

This might be related to the User Account Control Settings (UAC), a posible solution to your issue is to change the UAC level using the following method:

(1) Start button
(2) Search "uac" and hit enter
(3) Change the UAC level to the lowest of the 4 levels
(4) Restart computer
(5) Run VI

Let me know if that solve your error.
