LV 2015 Missing vi causing application and installer build failure

I recently upgraded from LV2013 to LV2015.  As usual, I just installed the new LV on top of the old one.  I have an unusual problem, however.

It seems that in LV2014 a new vi, "Is Path and Not Empty?.vi" was added to the Comparison palette.  However, from what I can tell, it was not created during the LV2015 installation process.  It is not in the Comparison palette.

When I attempt to build an application or installer with LV2015, it searches all over for this vi (and it looks like maybe some others).  Eventually the "Loading" window goes away, and nothing happens.  No Build or Installer window pops up.  No error messages pop up. If I try again, even the "Loading" window doesn't appear.

Other than going thru the pain and agony of completely uninstalling LV and reinstalling it, any suggestions of what to do?  Will doing a fresh install even help?

For me this VI is on disk at the following location.

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2015\vi.lib\Utility\file.llb\Is Path and Not Empty.vi

You don't need to uninstall and reinstall, but you do need to perform a repair if that VI isn't there.  If it is missing you probably have other issues too.  I'm betting a repair takes less time, but it will still take a while to complete, just have it run over night or at lunch or something.

Yup, that's where it was looking in the "Loading" window, and no, it's not there.

I forgot about the Repair option; I'll give it a try.  Thanks!

Unfortunately, Repair didn't add the missing files.  I had to uninstall everything and reinstall.  All is happy, now.

Well, other than Mr. Team Leader -- who already hates it when I upgrade LV -- giving me the Evil Eye when he noticed I was having problems...
