It will be available soon.

Unfortunately, I can't provide you with a more precise answer as we're not allowed to release timelines. This is because there can be a number of things that may delay the launch (delays in shipping, packaging etc.).

We usually post the software on a Friday and announce on Monday. It gives us the weekend to determine if there are any problems in the web pages or downloading of the software and fix those before people en masse access begins.

As it turns out, there are quite a few who find the software "as soon as it's posted". Some post what they found abd others begin accessing, so we get some early feedback if there are any problems - this thread being a case in point.
