I'm trying to get a cRIO-9063 to work and wanted to install LabVIEW 2025 Q3 32 bit, but always get an error message in the NI Package Manager right after choosing the packages and drivers (before the license agreement).
According to NI Package Manager Error Code Family - LabVIEW Wiki it should be "Error -126106 - Unable to locate package 'ni-labview-2025-core-x86-en (>= 25.3.3.49167-0+f15)' with a compatible version and architecture." - I get the same text in german language. The suggested solution in the Error message is to just cancel the installation - which is not really a solution to me.
It is a standard Dell Precision notebook, still running on Windows 10. I could install LabVIEW 2025 Q1 32 bit, as well as LabVIEW 2025 Q3 64 bit without problems on the machine, but not Q3 32bit. I already tried uninstalling other versions of LabVIEW, but this didn't change anything.
What does the error mean exactly, what is the different architecture the Q3 32 bit-version needs? I searched for the error message and similar problems, but couldn't find anything on this topic, and I'm spending now some hours just trying to install LabVIEW. And I don't know what to try, as there are no further options in NI package manager (that I'm aware of).
Thank you for some ideas!

I've got the same error message on a Windows 11 virtual machine.
Also tried LabView 2024 Q3, but ended in the same error message.
Thank you for the info advice to LabView 2025 Q1, this version works fine for me.
Installation of LabView 2025 Q1 32-bit runs successfull but the development environment got stuck in starting screen "Finishing initialization"

I was writing the same about the "Finishing initialization" right now when I got your notification:
Have tried restarting the PC and waiting for some minutes. 64 bit version takes <10 s to start up...
So 2025 Q3 32 bit can't be installed, and 2025 Q1 32 bit isn't starting any more (I already used successfully it some weeks ago).
Don't really know how to continue with this situation.

I was looking to migrate to LV 2025 Q3 64 bit this morning, am getting a similar error while trying install the package.
Other engineers in my department have installed this package in previous weeks. I have to assume there is a temporary error on NI's side.
Thanks for the post.

I wonder if it is a configuration issue with the most recent LabVIEW patch - I am having the same issue installing LabVIEW 2025 Q3 (64-bit) on a new computer. LabVIEW 2021 SP1 installed without error after I gave up on 2025 Q3.

The 2025 Q3 patch 2 offline installer seems to be working for me (install is in-progress), so that should be a workaround (unfortunately with a 30 GB download involved).

I see a LabVIEW 2025 Q3 Patch 3 available as an update to installed packages now. I imagine NIPM will install 2025 Q3 properly now without needing offline installers (though there is no communication from NI on it).

I can confirm that I can start the installation now (LabVIEW 2025 Q3 32 bit), so maybe it is solved.
2025 Q1 32 bit still won't start, but if Q3 works, i may abandon it anyway.
Thanks for all the replies, others having similar problems atm saved me some time trying around.

Please let us know if installing Q3 works! You can even mark your just-previous response as "The Solution".

Yes, installation worked fine yesterday and I can execute LabVIEW 2025 Q3 (32 bit) as well as LabVIEW 2025 Q3 (64 bit) now. Problem solved itself (or was solved by NI).
