Is the new LabVIEW 8.6 release compatible with the FPGA driver for Xilinx SPARTAN 3E Starter Board?

I mean the download found here...

No, the driver only works with LV 8.5.  You need to have the FPGA toolkit as well.

The Spartan-3E support for LV FPGA 8.6 is under development.  Contact your NI Field Sales engineer or Field Academic Engineer if you will need a pre-release copy.
