I live in Japan and have been enjoying LabVIEW for over 25 years.
LabVIEW Community Edition has fulfilled my long-held hope. I am grateful. However, the fact that it's only available in English is annoying for beginners in Japan who are interested in LabVIEW.
I successfully hacked the license manager and activated the Japanese version of LabVIEW as a Community Edition.
Would my teaching my friends this way violate the Community Edition license?

I think that hacking the license manager is a violation of the Community Edition (or any other) license.

Hello, Bill
Yes, I think so too.
This method is not very difficult, so someone else will discover it soon.
I wish LabVIEW Community Edition a success. I don't want to hinder the project.
We hope NI will include a localized version in the Community Edition as soon as possible.
