The direction taken in the survey seems to be very newbie oriented. I don't think you need a help system to understand what a subVI is or how to create it. That's what a tutorial is for. Eventually, you'll need to learn some programming to use LV for anything more complex than "analyze and display that using an express VI".
I would expect the help system to help users better understand the details of some of the system functions and maybe to point users in the right direction for some of the more advanced topic (like "how would I write a driver").

I also fully agree with the previous posts. I started the survey and exited after reading the first scenario.
It is the same "problem" as you can see here in the forums. People who try to write a program but don't have knowledge in this area. So they use express vis and if the first function needs to be implemented which is not available as express vi, the problem begins.
I don't want to keep these people away from LV, but NI should keep the focus on advanced programmers who know what they do. Of course the entry level could be low, but LV should not become a "toy".
