First, thanks to all for the feedback.
I must say, some of the replies were not as polished as others... but regardless, thank you.
As an example, why not use a DVD? Why limit yourself to a 210M CD? why not use a flash drive? these are indeed solutions, I agree. However, in my case I'm limited to the use of a 210M CD.
Cheers!

No. The question is "WHY ARE YOU LIMITED TO 210 MB?" You say you have a CD, but CD's hold about 700 MB.
If we know the reason for that, then maybe it helps determine if that can be worked around, or if there are other alternatives.

Why am I limited to a 210M CD? customer requirements.... and as you know, the customer is always right (not always, but the idea is to keep them happy). And to be honest, at this point I do not know why they want to stick to a 210M CD.
I'll be pushing for a bigger CD size, although, the post by Sam_Sharp seems interesting.
Cheers

Not if the installation media you want to use is a non-standard CD. The mini CDs that come with many devices (containing driver/manuals) are 210MB in capacity. Business card CDs are even less.

Okay. So you are talking about those mini CD's. LIke the ones that get handed out at tradeshows like business cards?
That makes sense why they are so small in size and thus capacity then.
If that is being forced on you as a requirement, you will either struggle to find a way to minimize the installation size of the drivers and your executable itself to the bare minimum you need, (and some of the links that the others gave might help), or you just won't be able to do it and you'll have to force them into another options, (like using an ordinary CD.)
One other possibility is do you need to do it in the latest version of LabVIEW. Drivers and installs tend to grow a little bit with each version. If you are able to drop back a few versions on LabVIEW and the corresponding drivers that you need, but still new enough to support the latest PC OS's, maybe the installation size gets to be just small enough to fit.

Take a look at the attached "experiement results"....

It looks like your best situation would be to back save your VI's to LV 2011 and build an .exe and installer from that.

Success, success, sucess!
I was able to get my HelloWorld.vi (6K) installer from 225M down to 40M! and the program runs directly from the CD!
Cheers!
