The point falls into the specified area. HELP ME BUILD A GRAPH, YOU CAN SEND ME A SCREENSHOT AND AN ANSWER.

Did you even look at what you posted?
A blurry, undecipherable image of code, and a vague description.
How do you expect anyone to help you?

Your code is 90% text based using a formula node. It is also broken. Who wrote it or where did you find it?
This is probably a very simple problem where plain LabVIIEW code (not text!) would probably fit on a postage stamp.
As of now, the problem is not clear at all. You seem to generate 100 points, not "the point". As a first step show us the entire description of this homework problem #16, not just the image.
To determine if a point is in one of the shaded areas, I recommend to work with a complex datatype. The AND of two simple "in range?" on "r" and "theta" will give the answer instantly.
(On a side note, this is the LabVIEW forum, so a post with the subject LabVIEW is not informative.)

Since you seem to like really blurry pictures, here is some simple code that generates 4k random red points and colors them white if they fall into the two specified areas. It's both a screenshot and an answer. Right?

Hi Darkhann,

Altenbach "dropped" a screenshot of the block diagram (as blurry as you did in the first message).

Maybe you should attach your code (and not just a blurry image) as already suggested in message #2?
On your image of code: does it make sense to define variables AFTER you evaluate them in the first IF condition?

все четко видно ты а чем ?

are you serious? everything is clearly visible there. I just asked for a block diagram, why complicate everything so much?

You are asking people to do your homework for you.
We won't do that, but we would be willing to help you; but only if you cooperate.
But you seem to be unwilling to cooperate with those trying to help you.

You could politely say that the screen is not visible, that it is blurred, why fly in so fast?
