Labview 7.1 DSC runtime application

I have created an application in labview 7.1 with DSC add-on. In the application there are several memory type tags, there aren't i/o tags, so i don't create any server. When I start the application appear a dialog box that require a file to read. This dialog box don't appear in the development enviroment, what does means ? How can I solve this problem?

Here you can find a description about how to deploy a LV DSC application with the LV DSC run-time system. Additionally you need to copy the SCF file with your memory tag definitions to the target machine.

If this information doesn't help please provide more specific information about the dialog box that pops up. Which file or what type of file is missing?
