Hello Jens
If I am correct then I think you have to discover the bluetooth devices .......OK....then first you have to make sure that ur system have a bluetooth adapter connecting to its USB port....if you have done this then just open a blank vi and place Discover vi and just connect the indiacators giving no. of devices connected and the the device list......you need not to enter any time out period.......just make sure that discovery is on for ur Bluetooth device which u want to search and ur system has bluetooth adapter(dongle) or on board bluettoth adapter is working fine......it WILL work.

Hi Jens,
Sounds to me like LabVIEW is not seeing your BlueTooth device. My experience and information has shown that LabVIEW only works with bluetooth devices that work with Microsoft drivers. In case you didn't know, you cannot use the drivers that are supplied with the device. You'll need to determine if your device will work with Microsoft drivers. You can confirm this by contacting the vendor. If it does not, than you'll have to purchase a device that does.
Hope this is helpful!
