Labview DSC compatibility

What is compatible Labview DSC version for Labview PDS 8.0. As when I try to install Labview DSC 7.1 on the PC where LAbview PDS 8.0 is installed it ask for Labview PDS 7.1 and installtion does not continue further.

As I had SSP so I should get compatible version of LAbview DSc for Labview PDS 8.0.

Hi Uttam,

LabVIEW 8 cannot work with DSC 7.1 and you will need to install DSC 8.0. The reason you did not receive the DSC 8.0 module along with LabVIEW 8 is probably because the DSC8.0 module was released after core LabVIEW 8 was released.

Can you please tell me when DSC 8.0 is going to release and how long it takes to reach SSP holder. It is important for us as we have to plan our development.

Hi Uttam,

DSC 8.0 has already been released. I am not sure on how long it will take before you are shipped a copy of it, but let me find out more information and get back to you.

Hi Uttam,

As I mentioned before the DSC 8.0 module has been released. NI is in the final process of getting all the kits together and shipping it to the subscribing customers. You should be receiving the CDs soon.
