The easiest way to avoid this problem, you can add an empty array constant to your 1D array with build array, so the dimension for the Excel Easy Table.vi is now correct and empty values are not written to your Excel sheet.

I managed to do what I wanted.
But now I struggle with the macro to do a screenshot of cells filled with data in a specific sheet....
