You can use pc104PLUS with a PCI adapter, but your throuput
may be more limited that you need. ( You did not spec. the
size and time of the burst of data.)
Labview has a good sized footpri
nt (RAM size) but there is a good
chance that it will fit.
Finally, you may need more horsepower( faster CPU) than you can get
cheaply on a PC104+.
